What do the CEO, the developer, and the team lead of the product team of Prepr have in common? Each of them pursued unique paths to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary to excel in their roles. At Prepr, we recognize that expertise transcends formal education. As we head into the new year of 2023 it is time for some New Year’s resolutions. But we can’t make new resolutions if we don’t reflect on the past year. Therefore, we pause and look back on the past year. Not only did we release our Personalization feature, but we’ve also improved Prepr in other ways. Let us show you what we have accomplished together in 2022.

From time to time, we take our employees away from their desks for a day full of fun with an element of team building. A pleasant working environment with good communication is important for us. Our last social event was in the summer, with the winter season around the corner, we had to be more creative, freezing our employees didn’t seem like a well-thought-out plan. In this blog, we’ll take you with us to our social event, a vegetarian cooking workshop.

A trend that has been growing over the last couple of years is hybrid working. Especially since the pandemic, hybrid working has become a standard within work policies. At Prepr we specifically chose this policy rather than remote working for a number of reasons, because for us was a hybrid workspace the perfect choice. In this blog we elaborate on our top five benefits of hybrid working.

We asked our team to which channels they turn to for information, inspiration, news and entertainment. We’ve gathered 50 links that go from podcasts to blogs and from YouTube videos to extensive reports. We tried to cover as many topics as possible; tech news, marketing, design, inspiration and entertainment.

Prepr isn’t an ordinary company and neither are our employees. Everyone here is unique in their own way, we see this at work every day. In order to succeed at your job it is important that you are passionate about the field that you work in. But personal development also happens outside of work. Every once in a while we step away from our desks and spend the day together. This is for several reasons, but most importantly we strive to make everyone enjoy their time here. We must function and operate with open and clear communication combined with a positive working environment. The days we spend away from our desk consists of doing activities to create an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other. We find unique ways to create this opportunity. We’ve had a day like this last week, and this is somewhat how it looked like:

Prepr is a fast-growing scale-up located at the Jaarbeurs Innovation Mile in Utrecht. Last year we raised € 2.25M in a pre-Series A round led by Newion and ROM Utrecht and now we are looking for talent to join our company.
