Prepr will automatically bill you for your overages. You can get more information about applicable additional fees in the table above. As long as you pay for your overages on time, we won’t stop providing service and won’t pause your account.
You can upgrade from Community to Entry yourself on the Subscription page in your Prepr organization. If you want to upgrade from the Entry Plan, please get in touch with our Sales team.
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Subscription page in your Prepr organization and click Cancel subscription at the bottom. Your subscription will be terminated at the next billing period start date.
All your data will be deleted automatically 30 days after the subscription is terminated. You can contact our support team to reactivate your account during this time.
Our pricing is primarily based on the number of environments, users, bandwidth usage, and support level. For more information, please refer to the table above.
Prepr provides quite high limits per plan. Even so, all plans have a maximum value. If you exceed that, you’ll have to pay overage fees for service beyond your subscription plan limits. For more information, please refer to the table above. If an overage happens regularly, we recommend that you upgrade your subscription plan.
The prices listed on this page are exclusive of EU VAT for EU customers and will be charged additionally following EU VAT Rules. You can specify your VAT number in your organization’s payment details to see your VAT rate before making a payment.
You can use credit cards from all major credit card issuers. If you’re on the Enterprise subscription, you can also pay by bank/wire transfer.
You can adjust a payment method anytime by navigating in Prepr to Subscription > Organization details > Payment details.
At Prepr, we use an upfront payment system. This means you pay for service in advance upon subscribing to one of the paid plans and before each new billing period starts. For that, a recurring payment is set up and charged through direct debit.
Prepr supports both monthly and annual subscription models. The billing period starts on the day you subscribe and is renewed at the end of the billing cycle — 28-31 days (depending on the month) for a monthly subscription and 363 days for an annual subscription.
You can find your invoices on the Organization details page. Invoices are generated automatically just before a new billing period starts.
If your payment fails, we’ll send you an automatic payment-due email. Payments may be retried up to 3 times within the next 14 days. After this, if the payment does not succeed, the service will be terminated for your account.
To prevent the Prepr service from being terminated, please ensure you have a valid payment method and sufficient funds before a new billing period starts.
