Our experiences with numerous CMSs showed us the untapped potential and inspired us to reinvent our own CMS and initiate a transformative rebranding. As we say goodbye to 2023 and welcome the new year, it's time to reflect on the accomplishments, challenges, and growth that we've experienced at Prepr. At Prepr, we have a dedicated and hardworking team, yet we’re not just about lines of code and innovative solutions. We’re a diverse group of individuals with passions and interests that vary a lot from our day to day business. As a result of this we have a few company group chats that we thought could be fun to share with you, also known as our virtual water coolers. These group chats connect us through shared interests and laughter.

At Prepr we believe that a strong team is the backbone of any successful company. To foster a positive and collaborative working environment, we make it a point to organize regular social events where our employees can connect, have fun, and build lasting relationships. As the summer sun beamed down upon us, we prepared ourselves for an exciting day for our most recent company activity event, a day of padel. As we head into the new year of 2023 it is time for some New Year’s resolutions. But we can’t make new resolutions if we don’t reflect on the past year. Therefore, we pause and look back on the past year. Not only did we release our Personalization feature, but we’ve also improved Prepr in other ways. Let us show you what we have accomplished together in 2022.

From time to time, we take our employees away from their desks for a day full of fun with an element of team building. A pleasant working environment with good communication is important for us. Our last social event was in the summer, with the winter season around the corner, we had to be more creative, freezing our employees didn’t seem like a well-thought-out plan.
