Severity

Non-urgent and questions (suitable for most support requests):

Non-urgent issues, such as general questions, routine requests for assistance, inquiries, and suggestions. Also use this severity level to report bugs or errors in our documentation that aren’t negatively affecting your use of Prepr.

Severity 2:

Issues affecting a production environment: service access, data access or data entry is impaired on a limited basis due to a failure or fault.

Issues affecting non-production systems (e.g. development, test and staging environments) due to a Prepr Service down, completely unavailable, or operating in materially degraded state.

Severity 1:

Issues that severely or completely hinder the access to or usage of your production environment.

Please note: For issues with minor or future consequences, choose Severity 2 or Non-urgent. Prepr can charge costs for work outside office hours or for selecting Severity 1 falsely.

Please include the protocol to your resource, i.e. http or https in the beginning of the URL. For example: https://your-domain.prepr.io/
