By bringing together hundreds of organizations and thousands of job opportunities, the ZorgpleinNoord platform plays an important role in addressing labor shortages in healthcare and welfare across Northern Netherlands.

The ZorgpleinNoord platform is powered by Prepr, which serves as the content platform behind the website. As a headless CMS, Prepr enables the organization to manage editorial content, organizational information and platform pages in a flexible way, while integrating with the systems that provide vacancy and labor market data.

The platform was developed in collaboration with digital agency theFactor.e, who supported ZorgpleinNoord in shaping its digital strategy and platform experience.

The result is a scalable digital platform that can evolve as the needs of the healthcare labor market continue to change.
