How EASY Noise Control Transformed Their Website with a Fully Integrated System

Key integrations include:

• Configure-Price-Quote software Elfsquat allows customers and sellers to quickly and easily put together a customized product. Elfsquad immediately shows the correct stock and price, so a product can be put into production at the push of a button without the risk of errors occurring.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central automatically formats an order or a quote request dynamically. When necessary, an order is created automatically, initiating production and further logistics. The customer is kept updated about the order through automated emails, which may include status updates or shipping information.
• he Hubspot CRM takes over once Business Central completes its tasks, a signal is sent to HubSpot, where sales in various pipelines and deal statuses are tracked. All marketing automations are also conducted from HubSpot, aiming to build a better relationship with EASY Noise Control’s customers.

This comprehensive system and these integrations provide EASY Noise Control with a complete package to manage all sales, logistics, and production now and in the future.

CHALLENGE

The objective of EASY Noise Control's new webshop was to enhance user experience, significantly increase speed, and establish a fully integrated, seamlessly communicating system. To achieve this, insights from various marketing campaigns and projects were translated into a completely new design. To do justice to this design, the webshop was redeveloped from scratch using React.

The development of a new website offered the perfect opportunity to integrate new systems to further optimize and automate marketing and sales processes, as well as logistical and administrative order processing. The new webshop needed to be an all-encompassing solution for all of EASY Noise Control's needs—an easily scalable and adaptable, fully coordinated machine.

EASY Noise Control built a new custom webshop to replace their outdated WordPress site, streamlining their complex product offerings through a fool-proof, fully integrated system that enhances communication and simplifies processes.

The result is a fully integrated, scalable, and super-fast system that communicates seamlessly with each other, greatly enhancing and simplifying marketing, sales, logistics, and administrative processes.

SOLUTION

This was made possible through the integration of a select number of systems. Prepr is used to manage content and display it correctly on the website. The existing platform was initially built using WordPress CMS, but to maximize the platform's potential, a move was made towards a more scalable and future-proof solution. Prepr perfectly suited their plans.

The transition to a headless approach was a significant move for the EASY Noise Control team, but Prepr proved to be a very user-friendly and intuitive system.
